Hasselbeck has been

by admin

Hasselbeck has been a lot more consistent than Eli, and isn?t coming off the devastating injuries that Palmer and Culpepper are coming off of. Hey, I?m not complaining!

Round 7

#4: Eddie Kennison (WR) Kansas City Chiefs

Now was the time I had to start thinking about my bench, and selecting quality players with different bye weeks than my two stud wide-outs. Kennison was still available, which was good. Kennison is the Chiefs? #1 target and has put up consecutive 1,000 yard seasons. I?m pretty comfortable with Kennison as my 3rd WR.

Round 8

#7: Joseph Addai (RB) Indianapolis Colts

I was really hoping Frank Gore would still be around this late, but unfortunately, he was taken a round earlier. Addai has been a trendy pick for some, and some insiders are projecting a big season, but I?m not exactly sold that Dominic Rhodes won?t be getting carries for the Colts.

Keeping costs to a minimum when you need to rent a car

New York Daily News

NEW YORK

Renting a car when you’re away on vacation should be an easy process, but if you’re not careful, you could find yourself driven toward extra fees and strict policies.

A Web search is usually the best way to find low rates.

If you’re a member of airline frequent-flier programs, chances are you receive money-saving offers. The daily rate you’re quoted, however, won’t include various taxes and fees, or optional insurance or gas-refill offers.

Also keep in mind that larger vehicles, like SUVs, use much more gas and cost more to insure than smaller rental cars. Yet sometimes SUVs and pickups are offered at a discount because many renters shun them

Utility costs out of control?

Try these quick tips to save on your monthly energy costs:

Unplug chargers. They are using electricity as long as they are plugged in, even though not connected to a cell phone or computer.

Unplug TVs, cable boxes and sound components. They are partially “on” even when switched “off.”

Change the filter on the furnace blower often. A dirty filter reduces air flow through the ducts, making the equipment work harder.

Clean the air conditioner. A dirty outside coil has to be clean to function at maximum efficiency.

Find mulch in your backyard

Mulching is a great way to protect and nourish soil, but the best organic materials are free and can be found right in your backyard:

Grass clippings

Fall leaves or pine needles

Wood chips or sawdust

Straw or hay

Best buys in nutrition

Experts fear the recession will worsen Americans’ already bulging waistlines because healthy food often costs more than high-calorie fare. University of Washington researchers are analyzing which give the most nutrition for the price per portion

Medical billing in the United States

by admin

Medical billing in the United States is fraught with many challenges and problems. The primary goal of medical billing is to receive fair compensation for the work that was performed in a timely manner. However, this is rarely the case. This series will explain those challenges and suggest possible solutions to these problems.

Coding Errors

A large percentage of denied claims are due to simple coding errors. Insurance companies process claims through huge computer systems designed to make sure every piece of information is correct. It is in the insurance company?s best interest to deny a claim and force a resubmission for payment. This helps their cash flow and significantly impacts yours.

One study estimates that 90 percent of all claim denials are preventable. Healthcare Informatics website states that, “Of 15 billion U.S. healthcare claims, 25 percent to 40 percent are rejected or denied at some stages in the administrative process. Only half of those are followed up and resubmitted.” Newer medical billing systems can drastically help solve this type of problem.

Potential Solutions

Some electronic medical billing systems will now employ sophisticated Rules Engines that will check your claim before it is sent.

Shoulders back. Keep good posture. Tip

by admin

Shoulders
back. Keep good posture.

Tip 13 – Breath – At first it’s difficult to monitor everything. But
once you learn your routines, remember to exhale when lifting. Inhale
when returning back to the beginning position.

Tip 14 – R&R – Don’t forget that “All work and no play?” saying. Rest
and relax. Work different muscle groups on alternate days.

Tip 15 – NO Hiding! – Psst – Some of the most difficult-to-shed fat is
hiding under your belly button. Even though you may have strong abs, no
one will see them if the overlying tissue is fat. Ugh! Time to hit the
crunches and leg raises.

In conclusion, to get the toned body you desire, you need a regularly
scheduled combination program of aerobic exercises, strength training,
and good, healthy eating habits.
